Question: What is the process?

Simply email a PDF or JPG of your cross-sections, a DGN, or 3D model file as OBJ or FBX, along with any notes to get started. An estimate and production schedule will be provided for your review before proceeding.

Question: How long does it take?

On average, 1-2 business days for first draft, up to 10 cross-sections per order. Additional cross-sections may require additional time. Rush service may be available for an additional fee, call now for availability and rates.

Question: What are 3D Typicals?

3D Typicals are highly detailed renderings that paint a much better picture than traditional cross-sections.

Question: What is the size?

Each 3D Typical can be rendered any size needed from PowerPoint slides to large poster board images.

Question: How much does it cost?

3D Typicals cost between $375 - $475 each depending on complexity, including 2-3 minor revisions. Fixes are always free. Compound typicals (i.e., a roadway with an overpass), count as 2 renderings.
